Title: External Stealth Packaging
Post by: Burning Babylon on June 20, 2013, 09:28 pm
This thread will be a complimentary to my thread Internal Stealth Packaging: http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?topic=175130 I will however have a slightly different goal and thoughts in comparison to that thread.

Now first one has to be familiar with how envelopes are being categorized and named: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Envelopes#International_standard_sizes Basically most letters sent worldwide are of size C5 ( equivalent to a A4 folded in half once ) and smaller. There's so many variations on the external packaging there is no point in going into detail on specific designs, so I would like to dedicate this thread to impersonating the envelope design of major companies. Anyone that feels this is immoral due to there existing laws against mail fraud should stop reading here.  :)

Any large company which sends out envelopes to its customers is fair game, the only thing one has to consider is the following:

* Does the company exist in both the sender and recipient country?
* Is it plausible the company in question is sending an envelope which is thicker than just one A4 inside it?
* The likelihood of the envelope having classified information in it if it was in fact sent from that company.
* Verifiable Return Address - could be solved by having a fake website url listed on the envelope.

A list of the largest companies in the world by revenue: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_largest_companies_by_revenue

Of these companies I would say the most interesting sectors internationally would be Commodities and Financial services - basically anything involving stocks or banks of some kind. Domestically one has a lot more options as a lot more categories sound plausible then, especially in the categories Electric utility and Telecommunications. I would consider trying to personally export the designs of a major company if its identified so it can be used by a envelope manufacturing company (there's only a human factor at play here, the company will only refuse a design if they're aware it exists and one is not the owner of it).

I have some additional thoughts but I would like to see if this turns out to be another thread where absolutely no contributes first. Companies who are able to print custom made envelopes, sorted by Regions around the World (a maximum of 20 per country):
